Hmmm okay there was no dance practice today and instead there was ROAD-RUN. Boooooo, rather have dance practice so that can try implementing what I've learnt from watching 11 Wangdas dancing last night. Btw the performance was totally out of this world, there were instances when you thought of the dancers as animation and forgot that you're actually watching something real. The effect, "feel" etcetera was really great, if only everybody could catch that feel too...
ANYWAY, shall try my best to help everybody, including myself esp., to dance like we're swimming ;)
Have you stretched today? Yes. Was actually sprawled on the floor using the laptop and when it ran out of batt I couldn't save the system in time as I was kinda stuck. :/ Super pain when I tried to "unsprawl" myself, luckily nobody was there to purposely help me close my center split in the fastest and shortest time needed, although its funny to watch when that happens to somebody else tsks ;D
Oh right about the ROAD-RUN, ran with cass today and we're both satisfied with ourselves :D YAYs. Annabel came in 5th! Glory, glory! :D Not mine but I'm still proud of her xD Now she has a medal to show her daddy already. And thank goodness for Jialiu's umbrella during prize presentation today, or else I'd be baked by now =/
Finally went to SGH for CIP with hoho today. Thats like after having Cafe Cartel at PS xD oops. Learnt how to fold some Hibiscus thingy for the patients :) am getting better at striking conversations with patients already horray hooray the fufilment after every session is great! :D

I bought a HKitty pencil case and am extremely contented and pleased. Oh no. :P ...
